This is a "cleaned up" version of the one of the VIM VB sample apps found in 
the VIM 2.0 developer's kit.  Hopefully the logic is more coherent than the 
the code used in a similar example found in the VIM 2.0 kit. 

This application shows you how to do a File/Send Mail from within an 
application.  Rather than using DDE to accomplish the messagin sending 
and message attachment, this program uses VIM 2.0.  The program provides 
you with the ability to attach a pre-determined file or select one in a 
dialog box.  This application combines and adds to the examples sendmsg 
and addsend found in the VIM 2.0 kit.

Requires the VIM.dll's found in the VIM Toolkit or on Compuserve.
